I received a text on my phone earlier this evening from one of these 'get cash fast' company's. The name of the company looked a little unprofessional so i checked it out online. I honestly couldn't believe what i saw... A loan company using a wordpress site - http://www.urquickcash.co.uk/
Now to me this just rings alarm bells, how bad has this industry become, is there any regulation at all? The wording of the text is as follows:
Hi. There is £1000 waiting to be transferred to your account ASAP. Just complete the form at http://www.urquickcash.co.uk/apply - You have already passed the credit check!
So it got me wondering, is this even legal? There was talk of the government cracking down on this stuff, but as usual its just talk, i guess they're making so much money that they can just pay off the government... ?

It appears to be a warning and advice not to rush out for a quick payday loan without thinking carefully first.
