I have now been on the phone for over an hour and still going, he said he would be 2 minutes and that was 35 mins ago.....oh, he has just hung up....lol

everything is automated, there shouldn't be any need to phone them

They phoned me to sort out my account that they have put on stop.... They tried to clear it twice, asked me to re-enter my account details again, but it didn't work. He said he would look in to it again and would be 2 mins..... 35mins later they hung up...... 😂
