I won 3 x ladies rings from different auctions / sellers in China and received the first delivery in the post today from Hong Kong but the package only included a ring box and a plastic wheel valve cap. I am not sure which seller has sent this as there are no details with the package apart from my address, telephone number sent by Air Mail with "Gift" and "value 10$ " plus senders signature "Joo" Until I receive the other 2 purchases I cannot be certain which seller this is but I reported it to Ebay straight away and was asked to update them when I receive the other 2 which should then identify the seller?

I did have correspondence with one of the sellers as soon as the auction ended who was suggesting that there may be hold ups due to holidays, customs, etc. which raised my suspicions straight away so requested that they confirmed that they have posted (which was received a couple of days later)

All 3 sellers have a good star rating suggesting that they are regular sellers.

Has anybody had similar experiences?

It might be better to post this on Buyer Central where you'll get more help.

the Round Table is really an off topic discuss and dissect and other things un-eBay type of board.

Hi....

When you know who sent it you can then take action.

If you didn't sign for it do not open a 'Not as described' case because you will be made to send it back tracked at your own expense.

Instead open up a Item not received case..... Because you have not received it... You will then be refunded...
