Mine are...
1) - Give up cakes, choccies and sweets
2) - Scrap that idea above
3) - Do my best to gain some weight that I lost (Just can't find it no matter how hard I try)
4) - Go out and about more than I have this past year
5) - Keep to not having coffee several hours before I go to bed, as that was the cause of me not getting to sleep for a good while.

I'm going to try my best to give up smoking.
litleme, if you want to gain weight should you not keep eating the cakes and sweets anyway?

I need to take more exercise, I've put a bit of weight on since I stopped working out of doors.

Yep!. That's why I decided to scrap that idea Harry. Milkshakes and those Ensure drinks I have been having a while
don't taste as nice as those lovely cakes, choccies and sweets.

Besides those, make a list of the highest calorie foods and incorporate those in your diet. If you can handle carbs and dairy ok, then pile them high on your plate. No low fat stuff!

Thank you Harry, great thought for sure. I will take that onboard.
The only foods I can't eat now are high fibre, and several foods that are hard to digest. Hopefully eventually all will settle down and I can get back to a normal diet. And of course get the lost weight back again. With your suggestions sure that won't be too long ahead.
