Why does the option to insert video only appear for me now and again?. I have the option to insert/edit link and insert/edit image only.

I only have the insert video option available when I'm logged out, as soon as I log in it disappears. It's not a big problem, just as quick to copy and paste a link from youtube.

I have this myself,. When I use my android tablet I never get the option to insert a video, but when I use my PC after Microsoft updates I now seem to have the option to insert videos all the time when it was only intermittent.
