I sold two items on ebay, and unfortunately mixed up the packages when I sent them to the buyers. One customer was really pleasant about it, the other really nasty, and continues to be.
I immediately offered a full refund on return of the items. One customer sent the item back and I gave a full refund plus the cost of return postage of £3.00.
The other customer decided for whatever reason to send the item back to me by 'signed for' costing £3.70. The item cost was below £10.00.
Do you think I should refund £3.00, or £3.70?
Any advice greatfully received - help!

Buyers are always told by ebay to send things back signed for, so it is a perfectly reasonable thing for them to do. You should refund the whole amount.
