Goodnight DC, what's happened to Margie?  It rained when I went shopping this morning but it'd stopped before 11am. Cloudy the rest of the day. Four ducklings have arrived on the lake, the first this year. The Goose and the Coot are sitting tight on their nests and I guess there's a lot of Ducks on nests on the island.

Another very long day, but managed to get a load of gardening done with a little help! It still took over 4 hours to get everything sorted. You can do bits and pieces everyday, but then comes the all at once cutting and planting moment.

Goodnight DC & Margie. No heatwave here either. Sunny early morning, then the clouds arrived and only cleared a bit this evening. At the lake, the two remaining ducklings are still with us and another duck has produced eight!! However, the huge seagulls are circling.....

 It's been a nice day but not a heatwave.

Goodnight DC & Margie. Sunny in the morning, cloudy in the middle of the day and Sunny in the afternoon. It was pretty warm at the lake, I dunno what's happening with the ducklings, I only saw one large collection of nine so which brood is which and how many of each, I just don't know.

It's been a very long day and I'm dead on my legs. The weather has been nice but with a very coolish windy breeze all day, but can't complain really.

Goodnight DC & Margie. It's been Sunny here but often with high, hazy cloud. If you were out of the Wind, it was warm. Today I saw two Ducks with two ducklings each plus a Duck with a large brood, I counted eight but there might have been nine, they were paddling about so quickly it was difficult to count them.

I know it's early but I've been on the go since 5am this morning, and I'm dead on my legs 🙄😲.

It's been cooler today with a small passing shower for 10 minutes, although the breeze picked up at 1pm and now it's fairly windy.

Oooooo that's fabulous margie xxxxx I've managed to get the Sewing Bee back on the iPlayer, so am loving watching all the series again because some of them I fell asleep in the middle of the episode:-(

It's been another nice warm day here today, but a cool chilly wind this afternoon at around 3pm, which was good because I needed to stop pottering around outside anyway. I've managed to burn myself out for the second day running, so it's time for my bed and iPlayer session.
