Think I'm officially old enjoying being in on a saturday night watching strictly, need to pick someones brain, bought a new router and eversince cant get printer to work its wifi but keeps saying cant detect a printer if that makes sense?
I know I could go on techie board bot dont think I will understand the answer!!
Shoul there be a lead from the printer to the router ?
daughter says no but I say yes (not that we appear to have one)!

I do not have a Wi-Fi printer Tina, but as you have changed routers, I imagine you need to uninstall the printer software from your PC/Laptop then re-install it...worth a try.
Some Wi-Fi printers need to be hardwired initially for set up then can be changed to Wi-Fi.
