Hi Daisy, Open square free in new window [do so by right clicking link & select 'Open Link in New Window']
Copy the HTML I posted earlier with your own text obviously, lol.
Go back to the tab which is this thread and open reply box.
Go back to squarefree window & highlight & drag the text which is at the bottom into the post reply box which is sitting in your task bar.
If you have problems this way, you could always minimise both windows & drag that way.

The above instructions was for using Firefox browser.
I couldn't seem to drag using IE8 but was able to highlight, copy & paste the bottom text in squarefree window to the reply box 🙂
