Well, if thet're going to start jailing people for feeding ducks and seagulls and such they should at least jail anyone who kills a garden creature by driving a miniature train over it in a manner likely to cause fear and panic. After all garden creatures are human too !!!!

Well, I will join a campaign to ban all garden railways in the summer 😛

Who wants a chuffin' train going round 'n' round on a nice summers night, when you're sitting on the patio, an iced drink in hand, enjoying the warm summer breeze.

If needs must, set it up in the winter when non train lovers are cosy by the log fire and spotters are freezing their balls off :^O
