Free listing True or Not true

 I was looking when or if theres a free listing day coming up and found this EBAY FREE LISTING 11TH AND 12TH MAY 2013 on http://community.ebay.co.uk/thread.jspa?threadID=1700129807&rw=true&anticache=1368196102780

Does anyone know how or if true?

From 11-12 May 2013, private sellers that list up to 100 auction-style listings at a starting price of £1.00 or more in an eligible category on eBay.co.uk, won’t pay an insertion fees.* Additional listing fees still apply, such as those for adding extra photos.

They appear to be mostly every alternate weekend, running over the two days, and when that coincides with a public holiday, the free listing days extend over that additional period too. If you don't manage to list everything this weekend, there should be another in about  two weeks time
