I have the hook and I have the wool
Wanting to try granny blanket squares.
I can make a chain and join it into a ring.
Then the pattern gets confusing.
Tells me to work double crochets.
Found instructions on youtube, but the person demonstrating it said that she calls it double crochet, but in the UK, it is called a treble.
Can someone give me a simple explanation of a double crochet please
I crocheted when I was younger then picked it up again last year when I was looking for a hobby I could turn into cash. No cash has been forthcoming yet but I have a feeling that the local pet shelters will have crochet blankets later on this year.
