As for Photoshop, do you have memory stick?
If so, transfer it from the old computer to the memory stick, then transfer that to your new laptop.
Make sure you copy the actual programme, and not do as I did and copy the shortcut.
Alternatively, how did you acquire Photoshop originally
If you downloaded it, then paid, and they sent you an activation code, check if you still have this code in your emails.
If not, email Adobe and ask them, giving as much information as you can, so they can see that you have paid.

I,ve just got a new Lappy today with windows eight and even my son in law who is very good with computers is having a job sorting it out, he,s still trying to get my address book on it, hence me using my iPad!! Good luck, I think I,ll need it too!

Aw thanksCD!! I still try my best! getting older now but still the same! Lost some weight recently though [down to 7 and 1/2 stones now.....but doc says no probs after extensive blood tests and that I'm "flying for 74!"
Liz, I see some right sights around that are 20 - 30 years younger than you and I often think about your pic when I see them!
