Hello everybody,

I'm a huge BGT fan, however I live in the US (so most probably don't even know about the show), so I thought I'd come here to talk about it with you guys. Who do you have your money on for the final?

My favorite audtions were Darcey (magician), Lettice (violinist), and Ricky (entertainer with the story--it was really sad to see his semi flop, was really rooting for him).

not fixed exactly but going by other winners that have faded once the shows over

It doesnt mater who wins ..Its all about how much money they make from phone call votes..

I have it on good authority that when you are in the audience for the recording, the first thing they do is ask you to do some reactions, eg applause, whooping, standing ovation etc - while there are no acts actually on.  These they film and use later.  Presumably, when editing, to make it look like the audience is a lot more enthusiastic than they actually are about certain acts.  I don't kniw if this is "fixing" as it's nithing to do with the votes, but it's less than totally honest. 

If you don't believe me..... when they are going mad for an act, standing ovation etc, audience all on its feet, then they switch to a shot of the judges talking..... take a look behind them and see the audience all actually sat down!

Diversity was a guest act during the final and they won in 2009, hardly a fading act.
