Hello to all our old friends and newcomers alike. Welcome to Bill & Charlie's Bar - the place to meet other posters and to sit and chat while you sample your favourite tipple. Plenty to drink, lots of joking but alas no smoking.

We are open all hours (hic) and run a respectable Bar. (Although I argued with Charlie until I was blue in the face over that one!) No swearing, spitting or drun..drunk...drunken beeeehaviour (hic). We have a couple of bouncers to hand ~ she comes in on Friday nights.

Teetotallers are welcome and will be treated as normal. I jest ~ soft drinks are available at the bar along with light snacks. And finally, please use the emergency exit when Bill rambles on about the good ol' days and put plugs in your ears when Charlie 'sings'.

Ok, so these images are from a google search for cat images.

I dragged the pic, hovered over the ebay tab so the reply box came up and then just plonked it inside the box.

You will get this following message when you preview it, but just ignore it. "Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and submit the message when you are satisfied."

RE. Post 6325, when I click reply that is not what I have on screen. There is nothing between the [Insert/Edit link] and [Numbered list] icons. And the boxes at the top are Rich Text & Preview, I haven't got an HTML box anywhere.

I have no idea where the other two displays petal posted are either.

I don't know why you appear to have a different set-up but try using another browser and see if the correct set-up shows.  That's if you haven't tried it already.

I'm using IE9, as far as I know that's the latest version I can use with Vista.

Okay, I have Vista too and using Firefox as my browser. Do you have Firefox or maybe Chrome? If not you can download them and try one of those. We had this trouble years ago on here and some posters were happily using IE whilst others couldn't because it wasn't able to post pics ~ and vice versa!  Just a possibilty it is happening to you. Hope you have some luck.
