"Search ebay" function not working.

You cannot search for anything on ebay - the results flash up - then disappear. It's infuriating.

This has been happening all day now. Can one of your clever coders not undo whatever has been changed? In 18 hours? And next time, tell your coders to TEST their changes before unleashing this stupidity on your customers. This fix to something that wasn't broken must have cost you a lot of money today - there's a lesson to learn there!

Try temporarily disabling your ad blocker. In the past, problems with overly aggressive ad blocking rules have shown similar behavior.

Or else try turning off just the "ABP filters" under the Advanced menu if you are using Ad Block Plus. 

Those -- and the equivalent "Anti-circumvention" filters from Ad Block -- have caused problems in the past, triggering on promoted listings, generally slowing down the search results page from loading, and occasionally when eBay changes things to make it harder for users to block promoted listings, wiping out non-promoted listings as well.
