Hi , when ever I am trying to connect with an agent it just says " Something went wrong. Please try again later. You can also get more info searching online help- online help, or you can contact an agent" , IDK what is happening Its been 12-15 hours chat support is un responsive , Its been 2 weeks they didn't approved my bank micro payouts are received as well as debit and credit is also done from my bank side IDK what is happening Please I am now seeking for help here!

It's not easy to get through to Customer Services as there is no direct link now, and when you get to a bot you have to be persistent and keep asking for an agent.

There is contact with customer support logged on your account for today looking into the bank verification. Please note it can take between 6-8 business days depending on how quickly the bank can confirm.
