Unable to leave feedback for seller

After a successful transaction, I went to leave feedback for the seller. I clicked the 'positive' tile, and decided to do nothing with the many 'optional' questions, opportunities to comment on the seller and opportunities to upload an image. The button for submitting feedback at the bottom remained resolutely greyed out. No matter which of three different browsers I used. Is it now mandatory to complete the optional stuff in order to submit feedback? Is this why I'm suddenly getting no feedback from my buyers?

Did you type in any words? I see a box called "Tell us more" and that is mandatory, the other options not.

Possibly the box may be called something else sometimes.

Thanks. That did the trick. It was in a section about the item itself, not about the seller.

It's misleading, that text is recorded in the seller's feedback.
