Shop categories still not working

My shop Categories haven't been working for about a week, is anyone having the same problem. eBay say they are aware of a bug ? whatever that means

Have recently set up a shop and having the same issue.

There seems to be an issue for sellers with stores setting up new custom categories, but not necessarily for older existing stores that already have categories set up.
