Hi the buyer has paid for an item but I can’t generate a prepaid label that I have paid for, it saying no service available. The post code and address are fine any ideas please??!!

The same thing is happening to me … states we are still processing the payment for your label … try again later , when I check transactions the £3.38 has been charged already ,  item number 127603486010, order no 23-14140-79440, can’t put picture of message as its says the file is not supported png, 

yesterday couldn’t upload pictures either .

Thank you for your reply and the details of the order and error message.   I'll get it reported to tech to have it checked. Once I have a further update I will post back.

For anyone else posting this happening for them just include your order number and I'll add it to the report.

Morning Kat !

Not sure if you've seen the new posts on this thread as you were not tagged directly.

However,  the thread is getting longer with more and more peeps being affected, and that's only the very few who actually find this forum, many more must be experiencing this , and be very worried not knowing what to do!

Is there anyway to inform the tech dept. this is getting very serious,  and a fix is really needed asap!

I am aware of the reports on the other thread and we have escalated the issue on our side. Users have been able to report through the regular customer support channels as well.

Tech are working on it as a priority. We will continue to add reports from the community and the soonest we have the update on the fix we will update the threads.

Such a worry though, something this important, and it's been happening for a while not just this morning, cannot take the highest priority with the tech team, as we can see peeps are not only worried,  but extremely frustrated.

Lets hope this tech team find the solution asap !
