Server down error when accessing account

server down error when accessing account both myself and partner affected now for several days. Have tried different devices etc..

You've accessed us here OK,  can you click on your feedback score top left of your post here, see if it leads you successfully to your account.

Many are experiencing this issue,  but it can just be a case of finding the right combination of device and browser.

If not already using ,try a laptop / PC with Chrome,  that seems to be the best combo.
