It's highly unlikely eBay will read your post. I think the best you can hope for is that one of the Community Team see it and respond but without tagging them I'd say there's only a slim chance that will happen.
I'd suggest you collect as much evidence as possible - screenshots of listings you schedule showing the times you enter when listing, screenshots of them showing as scheduled and screenshots of them after they have listed - together with any other details which may be needed (were you listing on a laptop or the App, and if the former which OS/browser are you using?) in order to hopefully track down the root cause of your issue and give a solution.
Rather than wait and hope someone sees it, allow me...
