New phone number gets no confirmation call, agents when contactable pass me around

I was a reluctant mobile user but recently bought a cheap dumb phone. My verified number was my daughters phone but she has changed her number recently as well. I have tried to verify my new number but do not receive the call back. I am unable to sign in on my work computer and cannot add images on this tablet. Help!

As this would involve a change of personal details on your account the best option would be to contact customer support by phone. For security they can verify you and then review the account details with you.
