I agree its all over the pc version too. pretty sure i will be getting rid fully as i can not stand to see it on the main page

Other people have said on other posts it's just for today and should be back to "normal" soon.

temporary promotional take over of the homepage for eBay live.

eBay live will still be promoted to a lesser extent so long as eBay see value in it.

but full homepage takeover is a one day thing.

like how John Lewis takeover their homepage to promote their chrismata advert.

It's all good, I've voted with my feet.  It just means I'll use ebay less.
