Internal error please restart the app

Hello can anyone help please,  while looking at Ebay listing's I suddenly get a message saying THERE WAS AN INTERNAL ERROR PLEASE RESTART THE APP, this has been happening for about three weeks now. I've cleared the cache,  still doing it, I've uninstalled the app, switched my phone off then back on again the downloaded the app again and it's still happening.  What is going on,

What operating system version number and app version number are you using?

If uninstalling/restarting/reinstalling does not help or if your operating system does not support the latest version of the eBay app, report the issue to eBay by shaking your device while the app is active if you can, then uninstall the app or disable the feature that automatically opens eBay browser links in the app and use a browser to reach ebay.co.uk instead.
