Error when modifying the listing

Hi

I'm frequently getting this error when trying to update my listing. I'm a verified seller and currently have 7 positive feedbacks. I opened my account in March 2026.

eBay is only allowing me to create a single listing in the Bullion & Coins category. If I try to create another listing, it does not allow it. Even when I try to modify my existing listing in the Bullion & Coins category, I still get the error shown below.

I can create listings in other categories without any issue. The problem only happens in the Bullion & Coins category.

Does anybody know what the issue could be? eBay support has been useless so far. I tried the Virtual Assistant but had no luck, and I couldn't reach a live agent to speak to.

Thank you for your post.

This would not be an error message as such. There are some categories which have a higher risk than others and coins and bullions would be one of those. For that reason there are limits placed on how many items in these categories can be listed in a certain time period.  Developing a good selling history for those items will usually help improve the limits over time.
