Where is it pending...? And why do you want to send an invoice...? If the buyer has already paid, you can't send an invoice, obviously, as there is nothing to invoice them for.

Payments received by all new and infrequent sellers are held for 21 days (go to the Seller Centre for information). If this is what you're referring to, you must send the item. If you send it tracked, the payment will be released sooner.

If this has nothing to do with the 21-day hold, please provide details.
