Hello,Customer asked for a refund as item didn't arrive .the costumer open a case in ebay, i tried to refund to the costumer many times throgh ebay case but failed. also through pay pal they need the costumer email asress to refund but the costamer refuse to send me his email i need help how can i refund to the customer.
