do not work just with Ebay.I need to bay cardboard boxes diffrent size.They do not change price.Why?

I selling honey on Ebay.They are difrent option.They do not change as well.

i can not ceck my  messages,they do not open.

Purches history list is blank

When i come on my name,i can not signt out

What you advise what i should do?

i found only yesterday that i can not use EBAY on this computer

Before you do anything else, you need to upgrade your account from private to business. Anyone who makes, grows, refurbishes, or buys in (new or used) items to sell, is a business and must be registered as such. Not only an Ebay requirement but the law. Private accounts are ONLY for those selling off their old no-longer-wanted possessions from wardrobe and attic. That clearly isn't you. For confirmation, go to Ebay's Seller Centre (link at foot of any page). For full information, go to the government's website.

And note that there is no such thing as a 'hobby seller' in this country, and how much or how little you sell or make is totally irrelevant.

So upgrade your account from private to business (takes seconds) as a matter of urgency, before you find yourself in big trouble with Ebay and Trading Standards.

Are you using the app, switch to website on PC.
Chrome browser is not working with ebay at the moment, use firefox or edge.
