If you're still having problems with the site by the time you read this response then try logging off of eBay UK and log onto www.ebay.com, which is the American version of eBay.  Once you've logged onto the American version of the site see if you can mark the items up as despatched there and view the items that you have placed bids on.  eBay UK has been very glitchy recently, but if the glitches that are causing you problems are specific to eBay UK then you may be able to get around the problem by using www.ebay.com as a back-up option whilst eBay UK are trying to put the glitches right.  It's a tactic I've used in the past to get around site glitches and I've often found it to be a very successful workaround option.

If you mean "Mark as Dispatched", then if not working now try again later.

We are only members like you, we cannot work miracles and sort out Ebay's problems or answer questions that do not explain what you mean.

There is no such function on ebay as "Parcels Sent".
