just had to cancel a bid to South Korea because this is in my exclusion list ?. In My Exclusion list it is written down as Korea, South with me so far. In the international Shipping it is down as South Korea if you tick world wide therefore a loop hole so south Korea can bid ? Nothing against Korea but i dont post there just saying
In addition to the advice that you have already been given, if you have not already done so add the buyer's User ID to your Blocked Bidders List. To access your Blocked Bidders List click on this link https://offer.ebay.co.uk/ws/ebayISAPI.dll?bidderblocklogin and a big white box will appear on the screen. Add the buyer's User ID to that white box, click on the Submit button beneath it and if the buyer tries to place another bid at some point then he or she will not be able to do so.
I have just looked at one of your listings and no mention of Korea as far as I can see. Have looked again and seem to have missed it, but it is a strange way for a Country to be entered as Korea,South, are you sure that the address is not in another Country, buyer just registere in South Korea.
As you are in Global Shipping I can't see why you are bothered. You only ship to the UK hub, which is all that is required. Proof of delivery to the GSP Hub protects you against Loss or damage that occurs in transit from GSP to buyer. (Not against Not As Described)
I have now seen one with Korea, South as excluded so perhaps not all of your items have the same exclusion list, but if GSP takes most of the risk I can't see what the problem is.
If you don't want to ship overseas, opt out of Global, which as it is expensive puts off most potential buyers, and for some of your low value items shipping would be VERY expensive, have you ever looked?
