ebay listings menu problems?

I've been trying to amend my listings and add new ones in the last 24 hours but the normal menus are not appearing and I'm getting very odd screens with just titles in bold underlined and sometimes a big black arrow. I've gone in through chrome and safari but it mades no difference. Is there a problem with ebay just now?

I have the same issue. This is happening on most of my Seller account pages - Payments, performance, returns etc- can't get into any of them. Have tried on Firefox and Chrome. Also, just getting a blank page when trying to buy postage through ebay / Shutl for 1 item. Can't Void a postage label either - all just blank pages.

Hi I've just just seen on another page that people are recommending this solution - hopefully it works.

If you are on Virgin Media or Talk Talk there is an issue accessing the ebaystatic.com domain (problems displaying ebay web pages and logging in).

Workaround for Virgin Media:-

Log into your "Virgin Media" Account online, select "My Virgin Media" then select "Manage My Web Safe Settings" under "My Packages Broadband"

From the "Web Safe Settings" page select the "Websites" tab, then enter "ebaystatic.com" under the "Allowed Websites" selecting "add", then finally select "Apply".

If this does not work (Warning: This will obviously allow access to porn sites etc so try the above option first) just turn off "Child Safe".

Hi that's brilliant thanks, a step up from just turning the child safe off. Didn't want to have to do that but this is much more appropriate thanks. Made my day.

There is a problem at the moment with eBay affecting a lot of the functions and pages depending on your internet service. It is affecting Virgin Media and I have heard Talk Talk also, maybe others. If you go online in to the settings for your internet supplier and turn off the child safe function eBay will start working as normal again. I have found this works for me on Virgin Media. eBay must have been tweaking at their end, hopefully they will find out about it soon and address the problem. Several people have mentioned it and I found out the fix from Downdetector.
