eBay sales dropped

Hello,

So I set up my eBay business several months ago and up until last month, I would make 2-4 sales everyday.

I went on holiday and forgot to put my eBay shop on 'holiday' and some customers had bought items before I was able to put the holiday function on.

I returned from holiday and also advised my customers who had purchsed items, all of them were fine and I subsequently received good feedback.

However, since then I have not made one single sale on eBay in the past month.

I was wondering if something similar has happened to anyone else and if you could help me get back on track?

Would appreciate any advice.

Thank you 🙂

You've only received about 30 feedbacks as a seller in the last 6 months, which doesn't equate to up to 4 sales a day. Even allowing that many buyers don't leave feedback.

With nothing to go on, and all of your past listings being private (why?) it's hard to suggest why your sales have dropped. One of your regular lines appears to have been face masks for running, cycling, hiking etc. The widespread availability of both reusable and disposable covid face masks may well have killed this market.

Like all business sellers, you may just have to take a hard look at what sells, and what doesn't. You're only listing 7 items for sale at the moment, which is absurdly low for a business seller. Try broadening the range of what you sell, to see what's popular. You can try asking for advice on the business sellers' board, but don't expect other sellers to give away their secrets!
