eBay micropayments

Hi guys,

 I do keep checking back every so often but nothing new on the subject lately so just thought I would see if anyone knew if eBay are introducing micropayment like I currently have with PayPal ... all my items are 99p and 99p postage and if I change over to the eBay managed fees I would be out of pocket so would need to close my shop.  I’m being forced to accept eBay managed fees in March so it does give me some time to set up an Etsy shop in the meantime just in case .... anyone else in this position ?

some sellers have been offered a deal similar to micro payments

15% plus 5p, I'm not sure what you need to do to get this

I saw that but it ended in December - it seems I will be 60% worse off compared to existing eBay and PayPal micro fees

The guy I spoke to yesterday said it was only a promotion and not available now do you know where I can see the thread as I’ve searched everywhere ?

I have just moved over and I am selling things for small prices and have found I am now out of pocket. Currently they are not offering terms for micropayment so I am waiting for a call from them       I live in hope    Will let you  know if anything good comes out of it    ken spencer

no getting wor1se now. I converted to a business account to reduce my %ss this resulted in me then paying insertion fees of 36p on average items of £1.50 they are currently looking at my request to change back to private seller account. In the meantime I am having to cancel anything that is due for reinsertion as 36p is about all I am making on these small sales , I did any item that was due to reinsert in the next 24 hours and had to delete 101 items                It is just a bloody nightmare ken spencer

There's no mention of micro Managed payments, so for now you pay normal ebay fees.
