delivery info not updated with DX couriers

items sold and payed for. Dispatched with DX couriers. Tracking numbers input to Ebay and items marked as dispatched.

Items successfully delivered, confirmed with buyers and DX tracking.

Items still marked as dispatched (not delivered) with Ebay

Paypal holding the funds

DX and Diamond Logistics (their parent company) being next to useless.

Anyone else had dealings with them or similar issue and know how to resolve.

DX Secure tracking and some others still do not work on ebay. We have flagged this to eBay numerous times but they still have not resolved this. The only way round it is to message the customer with the URL for DX secure tracking and their tracking number. Then phone ebay customer support and ask them to look at the message and use the links. They then should be able to manually update it. A real pain to be honest but the only way round it.
