MESSAGE FROM POTENTIAL BUYER, I CANNOT RESPOND.

A potential buyer sent me a message on the 26th of October 2020. I had not seen or recieved notifications in messages and only saw through my listing section only on the 29th. I've been active everyday since 22nd. NOTHING about this notified. There was a message sent by a buyer on my item bottom of the page. I clicked reply, then immediatly went to messages however, it took me back to messages page where nothing about this user replying was mentioned. 

Ebay should least should send me important notifications instead of **bleep**py deals and offers I can put on my items, how the hell is anyone meant to know about messages if you aren't even told about them most of the time. Fix it.

No-one here can 'fix it'. We're just ordinary ebayers like yourself - you aren't talking to Ebay, and no Ebay staff come here. To talk to Ebay, you need to use Help & Contact (link at top and foot of any page).

But while you're here...

No problem at all here, and I haven't seen any other similar complaints. I'm always clearly advised of pending messages, both by email and within my account.  So I suspect the problem is at your end.

Issue still not fixed unless its not down to my settings, then its Ebay.
