You are obviously selling as a business but don't seem to be registered as such. 

Also your prices on your actual listings are coming up as US Dollar. This also includes your shipping charges.

No idea you are in Ireland and I have no idea of the rules there. What sort of change did you want to make?

If you were in the UK I would say that you needed to Register as a Business Seller and offer a 30 day Return Policy, but as I say rules are no doubt different.
