Why does sold item show postage (you pay)

I have just sold item number 133633866785 which had a starting price of £90.00 and Postage shown as £9.99 Economy Delivery.

I had one bid from what looks like an overseas bidder and when I view the item in my Sold list it shows £90.00 + postage (you pay).

Why is the postage not being displayed correctly?

The buyer hasn't paid yet even though the action ended last night.  Not too much of an issue at the moment, but when I tried to send an Invoice I was told I couldn't because "The Global Shipping Programme already provides your buyer with an invoice.....".

I would like to see the invoice that has been sent to determine if that includes a shipping fee, as it should.  Is there any way to do this?

This appears to be the first time I've sold to someone overseas and it appears to have "broken".

Anyone any idea what is going on?

Thanks.
