Where do I now find the page to tick that item posted and feedback left

You don't mark as feedback left, that is automatic when ou leave feedback.

If you are the seller I would recommend that you leave feedback AFTER you receive feedback from the buyer.

Once you have left feedback you cannot change it and how do you know your buyer is not going to turn into the buyer from hell, opening cases or leaving negative feedback. Too late then after saying what a wonderful buyer they are.

On a PC/laptop you can mark as dispatched via More Actions, far right of item on your sold page.   Or on the seller hub page click on the item, then top left > Mark as Dispatched.
