VOID STATUS

hello,

I am new seller on eBay, in manage postage and label section it shows VOID what to do in this situation can anyone help me plz..thank you

You don't need to buy your postage labels on eBay.  It's just a choice that eBay give to sellers - it's not something that is compulsory.  Therefore, if you cannot print postage labels via eBay then package up your sold items, take them down to the Post Office and get them weighed.  Once the Post Office know the weight of the item you'll be asked whether you want to send the item via First or Second Class, so make your choice and pay the appropriate postage.  All you need to do then is hand them over to the Post Office staff to be posted out.

Once you get back home upload the tracking number for each item so that your buyers can see that their items have been despatched.  If you don't add the tracking number and a buyer opens an Item Not Received case against you then it will be harder for you to win the case, whereas if you do upload the tracking number and you can prove that the item was successfully delivered to the address that PayPal told you to post the item to then eBay will decide the case in your favour.  If you win an Item Not Received case then the buyer cannot leave you negative feedback, and any negative feedback that the buyer may have left for you before the case was decided in your favour can be removed if you get on to eBay quickly and ask them to delete the negative feedback.
