Unable to leave feedback for item that I have sold.

Hi there, I have sold item no.143682411944. The buyer has received the item and left positive feedback for me. However, I am unable to leave feedback for the buyer as the item does not appear in my "Items awaiting feedback" area.

Any ideas, please?  Regards.    rovert6

How long ago was it sold? You only have 60 days and a search for that item number finds nothing. You only have 3 recent sales showing and none have that number.

Why ever are you using Private Listings? Completely unnecessary and many buyers will avoid like the plague as the only use now is to hide Shill Bidding.

Item was sold 20 August. That item number appears in my sold list as one of 3 recent sales.
I use Private Listing as my perogative and I don't see what relevance your comment has to my post.
