as you are in Sri Lanka you need to log in to ebay.com for advice.

I have lot of stock for the sale, But i have limit not enough.

You are in Sri Lanka and asking your question on the UK site. We are all members just like you, you would have to contact Ebay. However, you have very  few sales  and usually Ebay will not increase limits until they see more evidence that you are a reliable seller.
