Shop URLs (my first post)

Why does my ebay shop have two different URLs? How can I change this, please?

Please see below...

1. https://www.ebay.co.uk/usr/ibnhazmcollection

But when you click on 'visit shop'... it gives this URL

https://www.ebay.co.uk/str/miswakman

Please can you advise how I can change/manage this? As I do not want the miswakman name anywhere.

first thing you need to do is Upgrade to a Business Account as subscribing to a shop doesn't do this automatically

1. this is URL to your seller profile page it contains your ebay ID

2. this is the URL for your shop and it contains the name you chose for your shop

they are different because they go to different parts of the site

Thank you for your reply. Oh, I did not realise this, I thought getting an Ebay shop would do this automatically. Much appreciated. I have changed it to business now.

Regarding the IDs, my userid is IbnHazmCollection (which is fine) and my shop name should be Mystic's Miswaks and it is displayed as this in shop results, can you please advise how I can get rid of the MiswakMan, as I don't know where this has come from.
