Why have these Technical Morons altered the Invoice Page that worked perfectly yesterday to a page today that you cannot add a secondary postage option (drop down menu does not work) and, "Send Invoice" button is not clickable. Apparently, even the ADD TO BASKET feature is now not working on some sellers accounts either. After speaking to CS, even he could not make it work.
No problem here - everything's working as normal.
Try the usual: Log out, clear your History etc, reboot your device, and log back in .
If no luck, try a different browser. I use Firefox.
If still no luck and you're using the app, ditch it for desktop.
It sounds as though eBay's website development team have been let loose on the site again, the end result being even more needless "improvements" to the site which actually only serve to exacerbate existing problems and/or bring about new ones! ![]()
