I had a payment on hold of £6.36 could afford to post item as I got stung with £34 ebay fees and £26 vanquish credit card I have.this was just before Christmas 15th December anyway I ended all my listings and closed paypal account down.this buyers payment was on hold told buyer I couldn't post.anyway I couldn't have been paid off this buyer as his payment was on hold I haven't been able to add bank card wouldn't let me bank or paypal kept removing it when I tried anyway his money was not in my paypal balance so I couldn't have transferred money to my bank.i had no confirmation email he had paid paypal said it's a scam if you have no email saying he paid.so after Christmas I opened a paypal account again then I got message off buyer saying he paid where's his item he hadn't I thought he had at finished so I tried to refund him but with not been able to add bank card for a long time I couldn't refund him.anyway I tried adding money to paypal balance couldnt do that anyway paypal told me it's a scam.but now ebay has got a pending bill payment in my bank account of £6.36 for this buyer what should I do this buyer didn't pay me and I never sent the item either
