Hi everyone,
I have phoned E Bay Customer Service and they still haven't sorted out a simple matter when someone won an auction and just didn't pas anyone know how to make a formal complaint?

adding to advice already given -
Always best to know all the rules to protect your account.
For non-payers you open an unpaid case.
your buyer can pay or not and if not they get an unpaid strike.
They can appeal said strike and report you for feedback abuse for the false positve you left announcing they were a non-payer and that will damage your account.
