Problem with return to seller

I clicked on return item on eBay. The return information only had an address in Chinese. I contacted the seller  asked for a return address in the UK as it was posted from Birmingham, so far I've received no address & the seller has dragged his heels about the return, jus5 offering a percentage of the cost, even though I've made it clear I want a full refund. What can I do about this plus it has to be returned by 2/11/20

Don't be conned into Closing the Case for a Partial Refund. Stick with the Case. Escalate to EBay after 3 days. Let them know that you Purchased from Birmingham NOT China. Ebay will more than likely let you keep the Item and will Force the Refund.

Was the label supplied by Ebay...?  If so, it should have the shipped-from address printed on it. Contact Ebay now to let them know it doesn't. Help & Contact is at top and foot of any page, with Live Chat and Request-a-callback available during working hours.
