Problem with a Hermes delivery

Hi everyone

I sent a parcel to a buyer by Hermes. She wanted it delivered to a Click & Collect store. The tracking on Hermes shows that it's been delivered but she says the Nisa store are saying they don't have it.

What do I do now?

Surely not my fault as I've had it delivered to the adddress requested but my guess is that ebay will favour the buyer and ask me to refund?

Any advice would be really appreciated.

Buyer asksfordelivery to a Nisa Store. So long as tracking shows delivered then that is your job done. I would never use C & C, it is a disaster waiting to happen, far safer for a buyer to have delivered to a Friend, Relative or Neighbour. No 7 days to collect and no risk of buyer losing their money.

Tracking shows it's been delivered, so your job is done. Presumably you added the tracking number to the transaction at time of shipping, so any Item Not Received case opened will automatically close in your favour.

As the store claims not to have it, it may be that the buyer did not collect within the required timeframe, which is 7 days. For full information on Click & Collect, including what happens when a buyer doesn't collect in time, use the Help pages with their integral search (links at top and foot of any page).
