Postage and Delivery options

My postage and delivery options that I select bear no resemblance to what is posted. When I preview the listing it mentions Royal Mail but when I post it something different appears:

These are the options I select

         Delivery details

         Domestic postage

         Flat: same costs to all buyers

         Services

         Royal Mail : Tracked 48 (2 to 3 working days)

         Cost

         £10:00

The previews says 

         Postage : Royal Mail Tracked 48

         International postage of items may.....

         Item location : United Kingdom

         Posts to : United Kingdom

         Delivery : Varies

Listing displays

         

         Postage : May not post - Read item description or contact seller for postage options. | See details
         International postage of items may.....

         Item location : United Kingdom

         Posts to : United Kingdom

         Delivery : Varies

No postage cost is shown.

Am I doing something stupid here.  Should I just put the postage cost in the description?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you aren't in the UK so you can't use Royal Mail as your postage option

you are registered in Saint Pierre and Mquelon so you should be using the .om site to list your items and using your local poastal service

if you have moved to the uk you need to open a uk ebay account

Thank you. I have updated my addresses, everything was correct except (for some reason) the country was Saint Pierre and Mquelon. I have relisted but it is still the same, do I need to remove the listing and create a new one?
