I am a seller. And recently sold over 20 packs of flooring by one lot.The buyer has installed it and wants to return the part of the flooring that was left (2 packs, not used). Am I obligated to accept a return?a cheek if you ask me 🙂
if they bought it as one transaction and open a not as described dispute, they`d have to return the lot.
so they should just sell on what`s left or learn to measure properly.
You're a business seller, so your buyer's statutory consumer rights may be different to their rights under eBay's money back guarantee.
I don't know what the position is under the consumenr contracts regulations 2013 if you sell multiple packs of an item as a single transaction, and the consumer wishes to return just some of them. You may want to take advice on this.
no, you don't have to take the return
No,not unless you agreed to that BEFORE they bought.
